Legal notice (Impressum) in accordance with the Estonian Commercial Code (Ariseadustik), the Estonian E-Commerce Act (Infouhiskonna teenuse seadus), and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
1. Company Identification
The following information is provided in accordance with Section 5 of the Estonian Information Society Services Act (Infouhiskonna teenuse seadus) and applicable EU transparency requirements:
The company is registered in the Estonian Commercial Register and is subject to oversight by the Estonian Tax and Customs Board (Maksu- ja Tolliamet) for VAT and tax compliance purposes.
2. Service Operator Statement
Talari AI Services OU is the sole operator of the talari.ai platform, including all web applications, APIs, backend services, and AI processing infrastructure associated with the domain talari.ai and its subdomains.
The platform provides AI-powered professional documentation services, including real-time session transcription, PII anonymisation, AI report generation, document management, and virtual assistant capabilities. It is designed for use by qualified professionals in healthcare, legal, counselling, and business consulting contexts.

3. Intellectual Property
All content, design elements, software, algorithms, trademarks, logos, and other intellectual property displayed on or made available through the talari.ai platform are the exclusive property of Talari AI Services OU, unless explicitly stated otherwise. This includes:
- Platform software— the source code, compiled code, architecture, and functionality of the talari.ai platform, including its NinaSession documentation engine, RAG pipeline, and template system.
- AI-generated content— while AI-generated reports are provided for the user's professional use, the underlying models, prompts, processing pipelines, and anonymisation algorithms remain the intellectual property of Talari AI Services OU.
- User content— users retain full ownership of all content they upload, create, or input into the platform, including session transcripts, uploaded documents, and personalised templates. Talari claims no ownership rights over user content.
- Trademarks— “talari.ai”, “NinaSession”, and associated logos and brand elements are trademarks of Talari AI Services OU. Unauthorised use is prohibited.
Reproduction, distribution, modification, or public display of any platform content without prior written consent from Talari AI Services OU is prohibited, except as expressly permitted by these terms or applicable law (including fair use and quotation rights).
4. Disclaimer
Professional Responsibility Disclaimer
The talari.ai platform and all AI-generated outputs are provided as professional support tools. They do not constitute and must not be relied upon as medical, legal, financial, psychological, or other professional advice.
Specifically, the talari.ai platform:
- Is not a medical device within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2017/745 (Medical Device Regulation, MDR) and has not been assessed, certified, or CE-marked as such.
- Does not provide diagnoses, treatment recommendations, or clinical decision support. AI-generated reports are documentation aids, not clinical instruments.
- Does not replace professional judgement. Users bear sole responsibility for reviewing, verifying, correcting, and approving all AI-generated content before using it in any professional context.
- May produce inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading outputs due to limitations inherent in current AI technology, including model hallucinations and transcription errors.
Users are responsible for compliance with all applicable professional standards, codes of conduct, and regulatory requirements in their respective jurisdictions and disciplines.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by the laws of the Republic of Estonia and applicable EU law:
- Talari AI Services OU provides the platform “as is” and makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding its availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for any particular purpose.
- Talari shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or reputation.
- Talari's total aggregate liability for any and all claims arising under or in connection with your use of the platform shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
- Talari is not liable for any content uploaded by users, for the accuracy of AI-generated outputs, or for any consequences resulting from reliance on such outputs.
- Nothing in this notice excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
6. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
This Legal Notice and any disputes arising from or in connection with the talari.ai platform shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia, including:
- The Estonian Law of Obligations Act (Volaoigusseadus)
- The Estonian Commercial Code (Ariseadustik)
- The Estonian Information Society Services Act (Infouhiskonna teenuse seadus)
- Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation)
The courts of exclusive jurisdiction are the courts of Harju County (Harju Maakohus), Tallinn, Estonia, subject to any mandatory jurisdictional rules under EU consumer protection law that may grant jurisdiction to the courts of your habitual residence.
If you are a consumer habitually resident in the EU/EEA, you may also invoke the mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence in accordance with Regulation (EC) No 593/2008 (Rome I), Art. 6(2).
